Processing Time All orders are processed within [1–3 business days]. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or bank holidays. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll keep you updated.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the UK:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — £2.99 or free on orders over £5
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — £3.99
For international orders, delivery times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow [24–48 hours] for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within 28 days of your expected delivery date, please contact us at petsactive@outlook.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
International Shipping Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
